During my Christmas stay, there were some good things about the hotel. The staff tried to be helpful and friendly. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The location was great since it was near the lake and some attractions.

My experience was not great, as the room had an unpleasant odour, and I found hair on the bathroom floor and in the bed. The walls were thin, so I could hear everything that was going on in the hallway and adjacent rooms.
